We are very happy and grateful that the cooperation with our colleagues from Germany continues! The tourist community once again proves that it does not stand aside, but supports Ukraine in difficult times.
Yesterday, due to the efforts of Ukrainehilfe Vogtsburg & personally Andreas Kiefer, who gathered big who collected a large batch of humanitarian aid, delivered it to Ukraine, overcame all the difficulties at the stage of crossing the border and the conscientious work of our colleagues from the Association, who worked out all the logistical points in advance, arrived in Mukachevo, accepted the cargo on the spot and organised the shipment, we managed to transfer:
✅️over 2.5 tons of food, personal hygiene products and 50 food boxes, which German families collected for Ukrainians to two volunteer centres in Transcarpathia. Therefore, shelters, where refugees from Kharkiv, Mariupol, Berdyansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kramatorsk live, received such important help today. ✅️there are 2 generators, an oxygen machine, wheelchairs, crutches and 12 sets of medicines and medical supplies to the hospital in the front-line area that had been sent via Nova Poshta.
During the meeting with our colleagues from Germany, it was also possible to discuss further actions, namely: the continuation of the delivery of humanitarian goods and the organisation of rest and rehabilitation for children who need it the most. We are convinced that such efforts and a sincere desire to help will undoubtedly bring the victory of Ukraine, which we all expect, is closer & closer! Also, by chance, we would like to express our respect and gratitude to Kateryna Terekhova and Oleksiy Novytskyi, who organised and took care of shelters for refugees from the east in the south of Ukraine (which is more than 100 families) and to our colleague Max Adamenko, who helped us in every way at all stages and introduced with Kateryna and Oleksiy. We are stronger together! ✊️
